Pool Time

Image
A really warm day was upon us and I figured the kids would love the big pool to play in and I wasn't disappointed!   We are going to have a great summer!

Homemade Sidewalk Chalk Paint

Image
I have made this before with Cameron and she loves going out to the drive way and painting away! The great thing about chalk paint it comes out of everything! We had a friend over and it was a nice afternoon, so I decided to make the chalk paint so the kids would have something to do. This was Michael's first time so I had to take pictures. Michael is still putting everything in his mouth but I wasn't worried about this because all it contain is corn starch, water and food coloring. The girls had fun and so did Michael! Finished the time swinging!

Water Table

I love getting great kids outside toys are garage sales and got this water table for free! Cameron and Michael both love playing with the water table. Here are just a few pictures of them, but I know that this won't be the only time this table comes out this summer!

Tipton Splash Park

Image
We love summer and love playing at parks! Especially parks that have splash pads too! This was Michael's first time being at one and I didn't have the kids swim suits but that didn't stop them from having a great time! We met a preschool friend of Cameron's at Tipton, Logan and his mom and sister, and had a great time playing in the water and on the play equipment!

Cameron's Drawings

Image
Cameron loves to draw; on her white board or paper, with markers or pens; it doesn't matter! Cameron wants us to keep her drawings but then she has to wait for a while to get her board back or we have lots of paper laying around. I decided to start taking pictures of the drawings so I could do this blog to remember how creative Cameron is at this time of her life!

Mother's Day Program

Image
Cameron's preschool puts on a fabulous Mother's Day program and all the little kids get to sing! Cameron's 5's class did 3 different songs with a mothers theme running through them, "This Little Light of Mine", "Baby Bumble Bee", and "Tiddlywink Dink-e-dink". After the songs were done there was a small reception of snacks and activities for us to do! I was super glad that Joe could take the morning and stay home with Michael so I could have this time with just Cameron!
