Simpson's Journey

We have been blessed again this year to be able to go to State Farm day at Raders Farm! Raders farm has been a family tradition for 6 years! We love going there and playing and having a wonderful time! Also, we were able to hang out with our friends the Strombergers. We love the friendship that Cameron and Jacob have!

Every year a restaurant called Backyard Steak Pit, holds a golf outing. Joe and several of his friends play in it and have a great time. We always make a weekend out of it visiting with family and friends. We started out by going to Bob Chins, which is a seafood restaurant, that has my favorite crab legs. Then onto the hotel where our good friends Dave and KC came to hang out for a bit. Dave is wonderful with the kids and they had a great time playing with him. What a blast we had at State Farm Playday this year! Michael still couldn't ride all of the rides yet, but I think next year he will! So much fun playing games, rides, and great family time!

Our day of rest included, going out to a very good breakfast place, and going over to Disney Springs. We loved have a day in the middle to not be go, go, go! We did a little shopping at huge Disney store and then at the Lego Store. While Cameron was trying to figure out what charms she wanted for her necklace Michael found some books to look through. Some very neat builds! Michael enjoyed the tables that were around the entrance so children can build! Michael's favorites Woody, and Buzz! Incredible Hulk!

Epcot Day! The Flower and Garden Festival was happening and everything was so colorful and beautiful! Our first goal was to go get in line for the Frozen ride. We couldn't get a fast pass for this one so off in line we went. Thankfully it wasn't too bad and most of the waiting was inside where there were different things to see. Off to our first fast pass at Test Track.  We were uncertain if Michael would be tall enough to go on the ride, but thankfully he was and Michael and us all loved every bit!  Had to stop and see Lighting McQueen first though!
