Simpson's Journey

Cameron has finally learned to swing! I couldn't be prouder of my little girl! I have to start her off but she can keep herself going forever :). And a very short video!

I am catching up so here we go! Cameron's preschool did a Christmas Program and the kids were fantastic! The 3 year old class went first and then the 4's, which is the class Cameron was in.  They did several songs and at the end I have posted a couple of videos of them singing.  The school did a slide show and this was Cameron telling what gives her Joy and she said "drawing pictures" which is so true! Then at the end all of the kids did two songs together. We are very Proud Parents!

Cameron was able to go to the fair twice this year. Once with just me to see the animals and then once as a family to ride the rides. So on a hot Thursday morning Cameron and I set off to the fair where she loved seeing the bunnies and being able to pet them! Then we went and saw some horses and even got to go on a pony ride! On the last day of the fair, thankfully not as hot, we went as a family to ride the rides and enjoy time together! Carousel Ferris Wheel Dragon Coaster Cameron absolutly loved the Dragon coaster and went on it THREE TIMES! Here is a short video of her having a great time on the little coaster!

Here we all are at dinner! Then we had a Myrtle Beach Day and boy was it HOT!  We first played miniature golf, which I didn't get any pictures of :(  But afterward, we got lunch at Ocean Front Bar and Grill, then played some games. Then onto Broadway at the Beach where Cameron got to play on the play ground.  Finally to Mellowmushroom for great pizza and where Cameron was so tired from our busy day she feel asleep at the table! Finally we did a ton of swimming the rest of the week!  

I realized that the little pool we had here at the house was not big enough anymore for Cameron to really play in. So I went to Wal-Mart and found a bigger pool for a good price and brought it home so we can play. Joe mentioned using the slide with the pool and then I wondered why I didn't think of that!   Then our friends came over and the girls all had a blast playing together!

I know I know, it has been a while since my last post but things seem to be hectic and honestly I just haven't made time for blogging. But here I am know posting about an event Cameron and I went to back at the beginning of November.  After this post, I will try to get the pictures off of my phone ( can't figure it out right now) and then I will have a couple more post before Christmas :) Cameron and I went and saw Sesame Street Live Elmo Makes Music, and it couldn't have been more fun for Cameron!  She absolutely loved it! Cameron and I before the show My excited little girl! So Bert and Ernie came out and introduced the letter and number for the evening, and then the other characters came out.  There was a lot of singing and dancing and Cameron participated as much as possible! They had an intermission and during that time we had our potty break and got a small Elmo doll that hasn't left her side much since. :) ...
