Simpson's Journey

 I just love summer time! Being able to spend time with friends, playing at parks, pools, and outside. Things are always more fun with friends!  A friend of mine from high school was visiting family in the area, and was able to come over and hang out for an afternoon of water balloons and being able to swim at a neighbors house pool. It was so good to catch up and spend time with Rebecca!  One evening our neighbor had a movie night and Cameron was able to go and have a great time!  Just love spending time with this beautiful lady! Kristi and I meet through my moms group and our kids play so well together! We were able to go to State Farm Pool with them and meeting for slushies at Sonic!  Meeting friends at the library is another past time favorite.  This year we decided to go to a craft festival in uptown Normal. It's finally summer time! School is done and now it is time to play! One of our favorite summer spots, State Farm Pool! The kids love playing and swimming and I enjoy watching them and having fun with them!

Michael had a wonderful time playing with his friend Nora in her little backyard pool! These two are peas in a pod!

Michael loves playing in the water and why not when that water is full of bubbles!

Our favorite place to play in the water is State Farm Park, and there pool hours are after school until Labor Day which is wonderful.  So on this hot day we picked up Cameron from school and headed straight to the park!

I get the privilege to be able to watch a brother and sister every once in a while. Cameron and Michael just love playing with them.Whether we are just outside playing, going to State Farm Park, the Children's Discovery Museum, or the Library the kids all have a great time!
