Simpson's Journey

At 2 months shy of Michael's 4th birthday we were finally able to get him a big boy bed! It was a little sad taking apart the crib and getting rid of it, knowing we would never use a crib again, but wonderful that Michael got a new bed! We found this bed on a State Farm site, its like a garage sale site but specifically for State Farm employees, and it was exactly what we were hoping for and at a great price! Michael loves his 'big boy bed'!

Michael's preschool Christmas program was a success! Michael did a great job for his first performance! Mrs. Salm, Michael and Mrs. Lange

Michael did so well with his first appointment! I was amazed by him. Cameron had her teeth cleaned right before Michael and I think that helped! Our hygienist is super sweet and gentle, and our dentist is very nice!

One of Michael's friends had a birthday and we were invited to Michael's first friend birthday party. We had a wonderful time and Michael did really well, eating the food provided, and being patient while the presents were being opened.

Cameron had her first music program this month and it was wonderful!  The students did songs from around the world and had to learn them in the songs native language.  Cameron would go around practicing at home the different songs and we had no idea what she was singing :)  Before the music program.  Michael and Daddy waiting patiently for the program to start! Our little girl bottom row last person! Cameron did such a great job and we can't wait to go to more of these types of things be there for our girl!

This is the first snow that Michael could play in! Michael was a little nervous with it at first but then got used to it pretty quickly! Michael copied what Cameron did, if she laid down in the snow so did he, she threw snow so did he! It was really cute! When it was time to go inside Michael wasn't ready! Cameron as always loved the snow and now so does Michael!

Joe and I can't believe that our baby girl started Kindergarten this year! Cameron loved her first day of school! She was very excited about going and being able to ride the bus! Here is a picture of her at her desk at meet the teacher night. Now here are her first day pictures! Going to School!  Home!!! First day work! Cameron couldn't say enough about her first day and loved every minute of school! I am so glad that she is so happy about going to school!

Cameron was excited to go to her first sleepover right across the street at our neighbors house!  Aly and Cameron had a great time! They went to McDonald's for dinner and the play area for fun. Then, back home for a movie before bed! The next morning the girls were able to play before Cameron came home!
