Simpson's Journey

 I am so glad that Michael has found a love for reading just like Cameron and I! Michael loves to go to the library and get books and then we read them over and over again until it is time to get more! Michael loves all kinds of books too! From character books like Disney or just other books I find that are about things he loves, cats, dogs, llamas, and whatever.  I pray his love for reading just grows and grows!

I and the kids made a trip to Nashville to hang out with Kelly and her kids. We had a blast playing at the house, the park, playing in the water, making cookies, or eating ice cream it was all so fun!  It was so much fun getting to spend quality time with my best friend and the kids all getting to play with each other!

After dinner is done and baths are completed the kids love hanging out with Dad! Joe loves is too! The kids also love going to eat lunch with Joe at his work! I love that even when he is home and tired from a long day or during a busy day at work Joe takes time to be with the kids! We love you Dad so much!

 Our public library has always had a wonderful story time during the summer. This summer did not dissapoint!  Cameron and Michael both loved it! They especially loved doing the motions to the different songs!

 This July 4th was filled with fun with our friends the Hansen's and neighbors.  We had a nice cook out with the Hansens then some chalk for the kids.  Soon it was fireworks time.  Our neighbors put on a fireworks display before the the fireworks at the nearby park goes off. Its wonderful because we don't have to leave our home to see fireworks! Michael with his first sparkler! He actually did awesome with it and didn't burn himself or anyone else.  Cameron just loved watching the different firework displays our neighbor did!
