Simpson's Journey

Trying to get so more fun in before Fall kicks in and school is underway for both kids! We made it back to Miller Park and the lake and I did bring bread for the ducks! The kids with the ones I watch loved feeding the ducks and having a good time walking around the lake. There was an amphitheater on the grounds and the kids loved getting on stage and "performing" for me!

 Cameron is in 3rd grade! Time needs to slow down! We pray that she has a wonderful school year!

Michael loves Lego's and his dad! I couldn't resist taking a quick picture of them playing together right before bed one night!

How can we live life with out friends? We can't! So thankful for good friends both for me and my babes!  My how I love these women! We were able to go out to dinner while our kids were all in the same VBS! It is so wonderful to get together with other ladies who make me happy! Cameron with 2 of her friends in front of their school on the day that the class list were posted!   Time with friends eating frozen yogurt! Lastly, Michael and his friend Nora, walking into their preschool to drop off school supplies and meet their teacher!

 Cameron and Michael love and look forward to doing VBS every summer! They both enjoy learning, singing, and have a great time there and Joe and I love having dates nights! This years theme was Maker Fun Factory. The kids learned that God made them and loves them just the way they are!

   Free Bowling....who can pass that up?  We were able to bowl free because of our summer reading program at our local library. The kids, of course, had a great time. I also did, but since I am the photographer, there are no pictures of me! :)  Afterwards, I have always wanted to stop by this lake at Miller Park and just walk around. Next time I will bring bread!  Cameron and Michael both loved seeing the ducks and throwing rocks into the lake.
