Michael and Mo Willems

Image
Mo Willems is a children's author that Michael loves. Michael will have me read these books over and over again! He even looks at them when he is having room time! Cat the Cat is probably his favorite but he likes the Pigeon books too!

Michael at Monkey Joe's

I captured a few good pictures of Michael in his true first bounce house experience.  Michael seemed to love it! Cameron and Aly helped Michael with this big slide!

Cameron Turns 6!

Image
Cameron turned 6! We can't believe that she is 6! Cameron is such a smart, fun, sensitive, loving, caring young lady and we couldn't be more proud of her! Cameron is excelling in school! As of the progress reports time earlier in the month Cameron was at or exceeding the expectations! At Cameron's doctor appointment she is 42.5 inches tall and only ways 36.1 pounds. Cameron is petite just like her mom and dad were when we were kids. We had a small celebration at home and then we took Cameron and three of her friends to a place called Monkey Joe's (a bounce house place). The girls had a blast jumping and playing! Happy 6th birthday our princess! We can't wait to see what this year holds for you!

Snow!

Image
This is the first snow that Michael could play in! Michael was a little nervous with it at first but then got used to it pretty quickly! Michael copied what Cameron did, if she laid down in the snow so did he, she threw snow so did he! It was really cute! When it was time to go inside Michael wasn't ready! Cameron as always loved the snow and now so does Michael!

Christmas 2014 Simpson Side

Image
Christmas with the Simpson clan is always a great time! Went out to dinner at my favorite pizza place Mellow Mushroom and had a wonderful dinner! Michael liked the ranch dressing so much he just had to lick the plate! Hanging out, playing with the new puppies, watching the train go round and round were just some of the fun things we did while with Grandma and Gramps.  One of the nights we were there Gramps was having ice cream. Michael decided that he wanted some and then so did Cameron and Gramps was wonderful and let them have ice cream from his bowl too! We ended our Christmas trip in Spindale where Cameron and I spent most of it in the E.R,  Michael was closing the bedroom door and Cameron's finger got caught on the hinge side of the door frame and she tore off part of the tip of her right pinkie and the nail. Not a fun ending to our wonderful Christmas trip. Bonus was Great Papaw and Cameron got some good snuggle time in after we were...
