Simpson's Journey

Our day of rest included, going out to a very good breakfast place, and going over to Disney Springs. We loved have a day in the middle to not be go, go, go! We did a little shopping at huge Disney store and then at the Lego Store. While Cameron was trying to figure out what charms she wanted for her necklace Michael found some books to look through. Some very neat builds! Michael enjoyed the tables that were around the entrance so children can build! Michael's favorites Woody, and Buzz! Incredible Hulk!

Michael finally had his first school party and he loved it! Daddy and Mommy were able to come and enjoy that time with Michael!

Every once in a while Joe has to go on business trips and the welcome home he receives from the kids is precious!

After dinner is done and baths are completed the kids love hanging out with Dad! Joe loves is too! The kids also love going to eat lunch with Joe at his work! I love that even when he is home and tired from a long day or during a busy day at work Joe takes time to be with the kids! We love you Dad so much!

Here are pictures of some of the fun we had in May.  Hanging out with friends is always on the top of the list for Cameron and Michael!  Who doesn't like Steak and Shake!                                                           Nothing like boys playing in water in their diapers! Joe and I can't believe that our baby girl started Kindergarten this year! Cameron loved her first day of school! She was very excited about going and being able to ride the bus! Here is a picture of her at her desk at meet the teacher night. Now here are her first day pictures! Going to School!  Home!!! First day work! Cameron couldn't say enough about her first day and loved every minute of school! I am so glad that she is so happy about going to school!

We decided to take a trip to St. Louis to get out of Bloomington for a weekend. The weather was great and we all had a great time! We went into St. Louis and had dinner at Pappy's Smokehouse on our first night, then the next day we went to the St. Louis Zoo for the majority of the day. First up at the zoo was the Children's Zoo which was free for the first hour the zoo was open. It has some animals and a small play ground.   The zoo had a Butterfly House and we were able to see some amazing butterflies!    Then onto the Africa part of the zoo. Michael's 1st Carousel Ride  On the train. Cameron's favorite Sea Lion  More animals!  After we got back to the hotel it was pool time! This was Michael's first time in the pool and he loved it and Cameron is our little fish! WE had a wonderful time just the four of us and getting away for a small family vacation!
