Simpson's Journey

This first video is of Cameron playing with her little vacuum and chasing Flair with it. Cameron loves to get Flair going :) This second video is of Cameron playing with Flair and the flash light!  (Heather this is for you!)

Cameron is having a great time at gymnastics.  We only have two more sessions and I have been debating to do it again. Cameron is learning so much and has tried to do some of the things at home.  This night we were able to play with some balls and Joe was great with trying to get Cameron to play with him. The last thing we did that night was jump off of this thing into a hula hoop! Cameron loves to jump! At the end of each session they do a good-bye song, get a   stamp on their hand, and play with bubbles!

Our parks and recreation department offers different classes through out the winter/spring and gymnastics for tots is  one of them offered for children Cameron's age. This was something that we wanted to do as a family so it is on Friday nights from 6:45 to 7:15. This past Friday was our first time and it was really neat.  They had 12 stations set up and the kids took about 2 min per station and rotated through out until time was up. Here are some pictures from our time. Sorry some are blurry but forgot my camera and Joe's phone is only so good with motion shots. It was really nice doing this with Dad as Cameron and I do Mom 2 Mom and story time at the library without Dad! The first one is just rolling on this foam thingy. This is where Cameron was suppose to jump on the spring board and land on the mats. Trying to get Cameron to smile for pictures has been hard. When I tell her to say cheese she does but doesn't smile while saying it. Oh well, we will get there! We were building with her mega bloks and we used the entire bag for one tall building! There are 80 pieces from this bag!

Our girl is so smart!

I have been trying to capture Cameron reading her books on video for a long time and I have finally done it! I am so excited to share this with everyone! The first two books are ABC's and if you listen closely enough you can hear her say 'me' at then end of each of those books as in singing "won't you come and sing with me" in the alphabet song.
