Simpson's Journey

Just last weekend it was extremely warm so we got out the small pool and Cameron had a blast playing in it! Just a few pictures of some pool time with tons more to come this summer!

The lady I watch kids for does some photography on the side and I asked her to take pictures of Cameron with her Easter dress. I thought that they came out beautifully! I couldn't be happier with the shots she got of Cameron! Thanks Harmi and Pawpa for giving Cameron such a beautiful dress! and Thanks to Lindsay for taking such great pictures!

Every year First Assembly of God host a huge Easter egg hunt for the area. Cameron did this last year too so there are not but these two pictures from my camera. I think Joe's sisters have more. Anyway, we met our good friends the Chupp's there and Cameron and sweet Benjamin had a great time! For Cameron's easter gift this year she got a new bike. This is her very first bike! Cameron as of 5-13 still doesn't ride her bike but we are slowly trying!

Dear Family and Friends, I really don't know how many people actually read my post, however, this past April has yielded only one post and that was right before Easter. Well we had Easter and that was really fun, and I will be doing a post on that one in a moment, and then life happened.  My Grandmother's birthday was on April 19th, she turned 87 so I called her. I called though after she was in bed but the nursing home she was in got her up anyway and I tried talking with her. Grandma couldn't hear me well so I gave up trying to talk with her and called back the next morning (Friday). Again the phone call didn't go well she couldn't hear very well and the kind nurse asked me to just rely messages or write. On Saturday my Uncle Joe texted me and told me that she was in the hospital.  Grandma was going through congestive heart failure, kidney failure and a urinary tract infection my grandmother wasn't doing well.  The following Tuesday Grandma was move to a Hos...

 We went to Culvers the other night for dinner and with Cameron's dinner she got a free ice cream cone.  She was very excited, as this was only her second one she has ever had. 

One day last week we met up with our good friends Meredith and Benjamin to play at McDonald's and have lunch.  Cameron and Benjamin loved having the play land to themselves for the first 40 min we were there! Here are some good pictures I got of them with my phone. Love seeing smiles on the faces of the little ones!  We always have a fun time with Meredith and Benjamin!

It has been strange here in Illinois with us having really warm weather at the beginning of March but yet we did.  So we invited some our friends over to play outside. I made a batch of the sidewalk paint and let Cameron and Katie have at it! They played well together while Summer and I sat in the shade of the trees and watched baby Sarah! So nice to have friends over!
