Stockings

Christmas this years brings the Simpson family pregnant again and we couldn't be more thrilled!  When we found out we were pregnant people kept asking if we were going to find out and both Joe and I didn't want to wait to know. We love calling the baby by its name! I love saying Michael instead of baby Simpson. So as soon as we found out it was Michael I knew I wanted to get his Christmas stocking right away! With Cameron's first Christmas back in 2009 Joe and I wanted a themed Christmas stocking for our family and since we both love the movie Rudolph, what a great way to show our Christmas spirit. So Joe picked out the abominable snowman I the regular snowman and Cameron really didn't have a choice got Clarice.  It just makes sense that Michael gets Rudolph.  If Michael was a girl then the stocking would have been another Clarice.

We are beyond excited to be having Michael in March and I am already anticipating next Christmas where his stocking will be used!

Fall Vacation

Today Joe and Todd went to Fogcutter and watched the Bears game while Kim and I went shopping. We meet up with the boys and went to dinner at On the Border, a great Mexican restaurant, and then back to downtown Chicago to go see the Blue Man Group. We had a fun time there at Briar Street Theater and the show was very entertaining. At the end of the show they had everyone pass tons of streamers from the back of the theater to the front and through all of the paper I briefly lost my engagement ring. Luckily a girl found it who was sitting right behind me! I thanked her a million times and thanked God for letting us get the ring back. After wards the Blue Men we out in the lobby and we were able to take pictures with them! What an enjoyable night!

15 months

Joe and I can't believe that we have a 15 month old on our hands! Cameron girl is growing so fast and becoming such a sweet little person. She is very loving to us and is willing to go to our neighbors at any point and time. Cameron loves playing outside, going for walks, and playing with her friend Connor. She is still into books and will willing sit with them by herself or brings them to me for me to read to her. Cameron lights up when Joe gets home from work and will sign/ask for Daddy often through out the day. Cameron has become more attached to her blanket everyday. Cameron will rarely get out of her crib these days without clinging to her blanket. She doesn't need to take it with her when going places, she just likes having it with her right after a wake up time be it in the morning or after naps. At Cameron's doctor appointment she only weights 17 lbs, she only gained 8 oz in three months. The doctor wanted to do a urine sample to check for urinary track infection ...
