Joe, I and our Families







So I decided to do a little bit about our families so that everyone can get to know us a little bit better. The second picture is of Joe's family. Beside me is Christy, then Dad and on the couch is Mom, Becky and then Joe.
I didn't have a "family" picture of my side but I still had photos! My parents are adorable and yes my mom is Korean! A lot of people don't know that I am half Korean! My sister Kim is great, I just love my family!

Joe and I are both originally from NC and now live in Illinois. I love the winters! I know crazy but cold is just cold pass like 20 degrees. We met in college and started dating about a month after Joe started college. Most of you know that I am a year older than him and believe me he doesn't let me forget it! We are so glad to be pregnant again and that God is doing great things in our lives! We thank Him everyday for this pregnancy, we are truly blessed to be finally starting a family of our own!

Fall Vacation

Today Joe and Todd went to Fogcutter and watched the Bears game while Kim and I went shopping. We meet up with the boys and went to dinner at On the Border, a great Mexican restaurant, and then back to downtown Chicago to go see the Blue Man Group. We had a fun time there at Briar Street Theater and the show was very entertaining. At the end of the show they had everyone pass tons of streamers from the back of the theater to the front and through all of the paper I briefly lost my engagement ring. Luckily a girl found it who was sitting right behind me! I thanked her a million times and thanked God for letting us get the ring back. After wards the Blue Men we out in the lobby and we were able to take pictures with them! What an enjoyable night!

15 months

Joe and I can't believe that we have a 15 month old on our hands! Cameron girl is growing so fast and becoming such a sweet little person. She is very loving to us and is willing to go to our neighbors at any point and time. Cameron loves playing outside, going for walks, and playing with her friend Connor. She is still into books and will willing sit with them by herself or brings them to me for me to read to her. Cameron lights up when Joe gets home from work and will sign/ask for Daddy often through out the day. Cameron has become more attached to her blanket everyday. Cameron will rarely get out of her crib these days without clinging to her blanket. She doesn't need to take it with her when going places, she just likes having it with her right after a wake up time be it in the morning or after naps. At Cameron's doctor appointment she only weights 17 lbs, she only gained 8 oz in three months. The doctor wanted to do a urine sample to check for urinary track infection ...
