Crazy Week and First Road Trip

Crazy times here as we went from Sat (2-7) through yesterday (2-16) without hot water! Thankfully the part that 'fixed' our water heater came in and now it is working!
Because we didn't have hot water, this weekend we went up to Joe's parents.. Cameron did a wonderful job on the way up, she slept the entire way, and did well meeting new people at the Backyard Steak Pit. We also got to see our friends from AZ Pat and Angie Bracey with their newly foster child! Also this weekend Cameron received her first real bath, and she got to meet Uncle Dave and Uncle Andy!

The Nursery

Well we have finished painting and putting up our Classic Winnie - the -Pooh border up in our soon to be nursery! Joe and I had a fun time doing this project together! We enjoy spending time together as it is and being able to do the nursery together just made having little Cameron that much more special! We had always liked the idea of having a yellow room with a Pooh border but decided to go a different way. Once we found the border we liked the best, Classic Pooh, we decided to go with a green. Keeping it neutral so that if and when we have another baby we won't have to redo the nursery. It was fun picking out the shade of green that we liked best with the border, and once we did and painted we were very pleased with the outcome. And now with the border finally up we think that our nursery looks good!

Our First Baby!

Hello to all! This is my very first blog and I am excited to keep family and friends in the loop about what is happening in our lives! As most of you know we are 13 weeks pregnant! Joe and I went to the doctors last Wednesday for our 12 week check up. It was so exciting to see the baby named Camical for now.! We were able to see the baby move, well jerk, open and close their mouth and move their arms! We spent great quality time with the baby to get certain measurements. We have 4 other pictures but this was the best one where you can really see Camical!
