Cameron Update
Can't believe that our girl is 27th months old!!!! Cameron is now 24 pounds and 33 inches. Cameron is growing and becoming a fire cracker of a toddler. She is everywhere! We love the language that she is producing. Cameron has said so many new words I have stopped keeping track. She is producing two word utterances and it won't be long before she is speaking in paragraphs! (She is doing that now but a lot of it is still gibberish!)
Cameron loves her stuffed animals and gives them lots of hugs and kisses. She loves to be outside and jumping on her small trampoline. Cameron loves the park and will ask daily to go. It is nice that we have the neighborhood park but we like to go to different ones too! We haven't been able to go at all this week with all of the rain we have had here it has been way too wet. Speaking of the rain, Cameron loves to splash in the rain puddles and yes, I let her:).
Here are a couple pictures of our precious girl!
We have been slowly doing some potty stuff. We have bought built in potty seats/lids for our half bath in the main level of our house and for Cameron's bathroom. I have been doing a lot of Cameron lead going to the bathroom at this time. I just don't feel she is quite ready to be fully immersed into the potty training world yet. But the other morning she said that she wanted to go potty so we got on the potty.
Cameron had already peeped in her diaper but I won't refuse her from wanting to sit on the potty. Since then she has asked a couple of times to go and will sit and 'try' to pee and once she even tried to poopy on the potty.
Another thing that we have had to do is time outs!
Cameron gets these mostly when she is disobeying , but gets them for hitting, pinching, and throwing her toys. Cameron is showing her independence and loves the word 'NO', which I wish she never learned :)
Cameron is not the only one getting time out these days.....
her animals get it too! Cameron will put them in time out, then call for me, I will ask her why is the animal in time out and she will then tell me that it is because they were pinching! I love how she pretends with her animals. Cameron will also make her animals eat, cry, sleep, and play!
We love you so much Cameron girl even when you are not listening and showing off your independence!
LOVE YOU CAMERON!
