Chuck E Cheese

Cameron went to her first birthday party for a sweet friend last week and it was at Chuck E Cheese. Now, I don't remember ever going there but new the concept well. Cameron also has never been so I didn't know what to expect from this special occasion. Cameron absolutely loved it!


Cameron was not bothered by the over sized rat singing and dancing. She also, wasn't afraid of the person dressed as Chuck E Cheese either, she gave him a high five and couldn't stop smiling!






Cameron loved it best when Chuck E danced and sang on his stage. She would stop whatever she was doing and run to it and dance with it!  Cameron had a great time!  I am sad to say that I forgot my camera and was using my phone to take pictures and I never got one of the birthday girl Sarah and Cameron together.  Cameron has talked about going back to Chuck E Cheese ever since and having Daddy go too!  I guess we will be taking her soon :)

The Nursery

Well we have finished painting and putting up our Classic Winnie - the -Pooh border up in our soon to be nursery! Joe and I had a fun time doing this project together! We enjoy spending time together as it is and being able to do the nursery together just made having little Cameron that much more special! We had always liked the idea of having a yellow room with a Pooh border but decided to go a different way. Once we found the border we liked the best, Classic Pooh, we decided to go with a green. Keeping it neutral so that if and when we have another baby we won't have to redo the nursery. It was fun picking out the shade of green that we liked best with the border, and once we did and painted we were very pleased with the outcome. And now with the border finally up we think that our nursery looks good!

Our First Baby!

Hello to all! This is my very first blog and I am excited to keep family and friends in the loop about what is happening in our lives! As most of you know we are 13 weeks pregnant! Joe and I went to the doctors last Wednesday for our 12 week check up. It was so exciting to see the baby named Camical for now.! We were able to see the baby move, well jerk, open and close their mouth and move their arms! We spent great quality time with the baby to get certain measurements. We have 4 other pictures but this was the best one where you can really see Camical!
