Road Trip To North Carolina


 Michael's first road trip and Cameron is a Pro, to North Carolina to visit friends and family was wonderful!

First stop was Nashville, TN to see one of our great friends from
college Kelly and her amazing family!  Cameron and Gabriella has a slumber party and the next morning all the kids got to play! 

Loved seeing the Treillion Family! Maybe next time we will be able to see Keith more than 5 minutes! :)






Next up on the trip was Spindale/
Ashville, NC. It was so good seeing Great Nana, Great Papaw,
Aunt Cathy, and Uncle Kenny!  We also were able to have lunch with Stacey, Dale and Bryson! Loved being able to see them even for a short time!

After that we headed to Laurinburg, NC for Joe's youth group reunion from Stewartsville Baptist Church.  We had a nice time seeing old friends and how we are all married and with children now!



 Then onto Shallotte, NC to see Joe's parents and Myrtle Beach to see the Barbour Family!



We had a great time catching up and enjoying our amazing family and friends!
Final destination was Winston-Salem to be with my family with a small visit to Greensboro to have a reunion with our Youth For Chirst family and to visit UNCG's campus! We had a nice time walking around campus and then seeing our YFC family for a time of fellowship and food! We also were able to see our great friends the Shoemakers! We love all of you!


 We had a wonderful time with Eve's parents and sister Kim! It was so much fun hanging out and enjoying their company!

We had a wonderful time seeing everyone! Can't wait to see friends and family again!

Fall Vacation

Today Joe and Todd went to Fogcutter and watched the Bears game while Kim and I went shopping. We meet up with the boys and went to dinner at On the Border, a great Mexican restaurant, and then back to downtown Chicago to go see the Blue Man Group. We had a fun time there at Briar Street Theater and the show was very entertaining. At the end of the show they had everyone pass tons of streamers from the back of the theater to the front and through all of the paper I briefly lost my engagement ring. Luckily a girl found it who was sitting right behind me! I thanked her a million times and thanked God for letting us get the ring back. After wards the Blue Men we out in the lobby and we were able to take pictures with them! What an enjoyable night!

15 months

Joe and I can't believe that we have a 15 month old on our hands! Cameron girl is growing so fast and becoming such a sweet little person. She is very loving to us and is willing to go to our neighbors at any point and time. Cameron loves playing outside, going for walks, and playing with her friend Connor. She is still into books and will willing sit with them by herself or brings them to me for me to read to her. Cameron lights up when Joe gets home from work and will sign/ask for Daddy often through out the day. Cameron has become more attached to her blanket everyday. Cameron will rarely get out of her crib these days without clinging to her blanket. She doesn't need to take it with her when going places, she just likes having it with her right after a wake up time be it in the morning or after naps. At Cameron's doctor appointment she only weights 17 lbs, she only gained 8 oz in three months. The doctor wanted to do a urine sample to check for urinary track infection ...
