Simpson's Journey

One of our local high schools drama program put together a Princess Tea Party.  I had to get Cameron there and thankfully Auntie Christy came in that weekend.  I would have taken her myself but there was a feeding conflict with Michael. Cameron had a wonderful time and I hope that BHS drama program does this again next year!      

This is something that we were not able to do with Cameron.  Cameron refused the bottle completely, we probably didn't help that much due to the fact that I was always with her and nursing was easier than trying to pump.  Michael, however, has taken a small bottle three different times now!  We are definitely excited because we are wanting to have a bit more freedom when going out.  I am able to pump a little bit better than with Cameron so I have a decent supply in the freezer right now.  We are loving every moment with Michael!

Michael has cried with every washing, and even now when he can actually have water on him his still cries.   Just trying to wash him was difficult! I think he doesn't like to be cold! Then once dressed he was fine! *Since these pictures have been taken Michael doesn't cry at bath anymore.  He can get fussy but nothing like these pictures show :)

It was a very rainy day and it wasn't cold, so I let Cameron play in our 'pond' at the end of the driveway while it was raining! Cameron absolutely loved it! She loves playing outside and splashing in puddles but this was so much more fun for her! We also took an early bath and she wanted to paint. So I took some shaving cream and food coloring and let her paint with it!  I came back into the bathroom after a few moments and found this! Cameron decided to paint herself!  We just love this goofy girl!

Christy and Becky were awesome spending so much time with Cameron when Michael was born.  One of the things they did was take Cameron to Chuck-E-Cheese.  Cameron has been asking to go and so off they went!  Cameron had a wonderful time and brought home some cute prizes! A big thanks to Christy and Becky for being awesome aunts!

Cameron's preschool went on a field trip to a local grocery store called Mejier's.  Joe was able to go with her since it was on a Friday. get baggies Cameron and Daddy had a lot of fun doing this field trip together!  Some of the things they did at Mejier's was..... pick fruit see the fish have cookies and milk ride the free horse
