2 Months Old









Our sweet Cameron girl turned two months today (3/20)! We had our two month wellness appointment on Monday and received 3 shots plus and oral medicine. Cameron, of course, cried but I must admit so did I. I couldn't help it and in fact I teared up even before the nurse came in to do the shots. Cameron is 22.5 inches long (50th%) her weight was 9 lb 15.5 oz ( 25th%) and her head was 14 inches (5th%). I am glad that she is growing and gaining weight. Joe and I decided to put her in the same outfit we did her one month pictures in and she is still a bit small for the outfit, but it is a really cute outfit!
Ok the things she does well: cry :), smile, can lift her head, can even hold it up for a few moments, make cooing noises , responds when Joe and I talk to her, loves being bounced by Joe.
Things that she doesn't do so well: tummy time (just recently will cry while on stomach), and nap (ok let me clarify will nap well if on a person just not in her crib will wake after 30 to 40 min).
Joe and I love her sweet smile and love having her! Cameron is such a blessing to us!

Fall Vacation

Today Joe and Todd went to Fogcutter and watched the Bears game while Kim and I went shopping. We meet up with the boys and went to dinner at On the Border, a great Mexican restaurant, and then back to downtown Chicago to go see the Blue Man Group. We had a fun time there at Briar Street Theater and the show was very entertaining. At the end of the show they had everyone pass tons of streamers from the back of the theater to the front and through all of the paper I briefly lost my engagement ring. Luckily a girl found it who was sitting right behind me! I thanked her a million times and thanked God for letting us get the ring back. After wards the Blue Men we out in the lobby and we were able to take pictures with them! What an enjoyable night!

15 months

Joe and I can't believe that we have a 15 month old on our hands! Cameron girl is growing so fast and becoming such a sweet little person. She is very loving to us and is willing to go to our neighbors at any point and time. Cameron loves playing outside, going for walks, and playing with her friend Connor. She is still into books and will willing sit with them by herself or brings them to me for me to read to her. Cameron lights up when Joe gets home from work and will sign/ask for Daddy often through out the day. Cameron has become more attached to her blanket everyday. Cameron will rarely get out of her crib these days without clinging to her blanket. She doesn't need to take it with her when going places, she just likes having it with her right after a wake up time be it in the morning or after naps. At Cameron's doctor appointment she only weights 17 lbs, she only gained 8 oz in three months. The doctor wanted to do a urine sample to check for urinary track infection ...
