10 months old








Baby girl is 10 months old and wasn't she just a little newborn yesterday? It is amazing how big she has become and how much personality she already has! Cameron may not be big for weight purposes but she is a very healthy girl! We went back to the doctor on Monday and she has gained but not much, Cameron now weights 15lb 3oz. Our doctor is worried about her lack of weight gain and is contemplating a work up to see if there is anything medically wrong with her. He did tell me that he is baffled by Cameron because she is otherwise a very healthy, and happy baby. We go back at the one year mark and hopefully she will have gained enough in two months so that we don't have to do anything extra.

What is Cameron girl up to these days....well she is CRAWLING!!! Cameron started the act of crawling before we left to go to NC and when we got home Sunday she decided that it was time to crawl. Cameron is not a pro yet but she is working on it and does try very hard. Cameron eats well, we are trying more table food because of her weight and she seems to like most things we give her. I am trying not to puree her fruit and veggies has much and she is working on mashing up her food in her mouth, which she does quite well. Cameron really loves messing with Flair and he is as patient as he can be with her until she really pulls too hard or hurts him in some sort of way.

Cameron is such a little person. I am trying to start doing some sign language with her but I am not very consistent. Cameron does say mama but not sure if she is really calling me mama or just likes the sounds she makes. Cameron babbles a lot and hasn't come close to saying dada yet.

We love you Cameron girl keep growing!

she's precious! how exciting that she's crawling!!!!! will she eat avacado? it's loaded with good fats! :) Nathan loved/loves it.

Fall Vacation

Today Joe and Todd went to Fogcutter and watched the Bears game while Kim and I went shopping. We meet up with the boys and went to dinner at On the Border, a great Mexican restaurant, and then back to downtown Chicago to go see the Blue Man Group. We had a fun time there at Briar Street Theater and the show was very entertaining. At the end of the show they had everyone pass tons of streamers from the back of the theater to the front and through all of the paper I briefly lost my engagement ring. Luckily a girl found it who was sitting right behind me! I thanked her a million times and thanked God for letting us get the ring back. After wards the Blue Men we out in the lobby and we were able to take pictures with them! What an enjoyable night!

15 months

Joe and I can't believe that we have a 15 month old on our hands! Cameron girl is growing so fast and becoming such a sweet little person. She is very loving to us and is willing to go to our neighbors at any point and time. Cameron loves playing outside, going for walks, and playing with her friend Connor. She is still into books and will willing sit with them by herself or brings them to me for me to read to her. Cameron lights up when Joe gets home from work and will sign/ask for Daddy often through out the day. Cameron has become more attached to her blanket everyday. Cameron will rarely get out of her crib these days without clinging to her blanket. She doesn't need to take it with her when going places, she just likes having it with her right after a wake up time be it in the morning or after naps. At Cameron's doctor appointment she only weights 17 lbs, she only gained 8 oz in three months. The doctor wanted to do a urine sample to check for urinary track infection ...
