Trip to Shallotte NC

We went to visit Joe's parents a couple weekends ago and this was Cameron at the airport here in Bloomington!




Cameron actually loved the escalators! She wanted to ride them up and down and did a great job of stepping on and off.





We traveled from Bloomington, IL, had a layover in Atlanta, GA and then to Wilmington, NC. Totally forgot about getting a picture of Cameron on the these plane rides, but she did fabulous. It helped that there where other children either in front or behind us on the planes. As soon as we got on the road from Wilmington to Shallotte Cameron fell fast asleep and slept basically the entire ride to the grandparents.

Cameron was fascinated by Grandma's fish tank, and loved looking at it constantly!

This was a toy that Grandma bought for Cameron it is the Weebles. I don't remember having this from my childhood but I have other friends who did!

Tried to get a good picture with Grandma before we left to go back to the airport but couldn't get Cameron to smile.





At the airport before we went through security Cameron was squirrely.


Cameron was awake for our flight from Wilmington to Atlanta but she was so tired at the airport waiting for our flight back to Bloomington. As soon as the plane took off she was asleep with daddy! Such a precious picture!

Fall Vacation

Today Joe and Todd went to Fogcutter and watched the Bears game while Kim and I went shopping. We meet up with the boys and went to dinner at On the Border, a great Mexican restaurant, and then back to downtown Chicago to go see the Blue Man Group. We had a fun time there at Briar Street Theater and the show was very entertaining. At the end of the show they had everyone pass tons of streamers from the back of the theater to the front and through all of the paper I briefly lost my engagement ring. Luckily a girl found it who was sitting right behind me! I thanked her a million times and thanked God for letting us get the ring back. After wards the Blue Men we out in the lobby and we were able to take pictures with them! What an enjoyable night!

15 months

Joe and I can't believe that we have a 15 month old on our hands! Cameron girl is growing so fast and becoming such a sweet little person. She is very loving to us and is willing to go to our neighbors at any point and time. Cameron loves playing outside, going for walks, and playing with her friend Connor. She is still into books and will willing sit with them by herself or brings them to me for me to read to her. Cameron lights up when Joe gets home from work and will sign/ask for Daddy often through out the day. Cameron has become more attached to her blanket everyday. Cameron will rarely get out of her crib these days without clinging to her blanket. She doesn't need to take it with her when going places, she just likes having it with her right after a wake up time be it in the morning or after naps. At Cameron's doctor appointment she only weights 17 lbs, she only gained 8 oz in three months. The doctor wanted to do a urine sample to check for urinary track infection ...
