Hair Cut

We went to a kids hair cut place last weekend to get her hair cut but she didn't like it right away and we ended up only getting her bangs, sides and back trimmed.

Here we are before the lady started.

Cameron didn't want to sit in the cool car chair and immediately started crying.

She is still crying but at least her bangs are not in her eyes.

Which now brings us to today.....Cameron has been pulling her hair out!Cameron started really doing this when Joe had to go to Dallas for a week and she didn't get to see him. She continued to pull her hair out whenever she is frustrated or upset. Cameron doesn't cry when she pulls her hair she is very quiet about it and doesn't seem to bother her. Cameron gave herself a nice bald spot on her right side of her head. Joe finally convinced me that cutting her hair all together was a start to her stopping pulling her hair out.

Here we are in Cameron's bathroom cutting her hair. Cameron did cry but not hysterical like at the hair cut place. Cameron did really well with us using clippers and then scissors to do some trim work.

Here is her hair!

Here are side by side pictures of before and after. Noticed the bald spot in the picture on the left? Yea, that was were she was pulling all her hair from. Now it doesn't look as noticeable with it cut in the picture on the right.

Cameron hair is so long in the picture on the left.

Now the back.

And finally a front view.

I am glad that I didn't cry! I was so against doing this for a while now because I didn't want to cut her hair. But with Cameron pulling it out it left me with no choice but to cut it! Joe and I think we did a good job and Cameron's bald spot is not as noticeable anymore and that makes me happy.
