Starting in Nashville

We started our trip to NC by going through Nashville, TN to see our great friend Kelly and her beautiful daughter Gabriella! We got there Thursday late afternoon and had a wonderful evening hanging out and catching up! The pictures are backwards as far as when they happened I need to remember that blogger puts the picture you upload last at the top of the page instead of at the bottom of the page, oh well! Kelly was so sweet! She made me a birthday cake! My birthday is not until this Thursday but since we were there she thought she would do that for me! We chowed down on the cake after the girls were in bed! Cameron did a wonderful job being in a new place and hanging out with Kelly and Gabriella!

The Nursery

Well we have finished painting and putting up our Classic Winnie - the -Pooh border up in our soon to be nursery! Joe and I had a fun time doing this project together! We enjoy spending time together as it is and being able to do the nursery together just made having little Cameron that much more special! We had always liked the idea of having a yellow room with a Pooh border but decided to go a different way. Once we found the border we liked the best, Classic Pooh, we decided to go with a green. Keeping it neutral so that if and when we have another baby we won't have to redo the nursery. It was fun picking out the shade of green that we liked best with the border, and once we did and painted we were very pleased with the outcome. And now with the border finally up we think that our nursery looks good!

Our First Baby!

Hello to all! This is my very first blog and I am excited to keep family and friends in the loop about what is happening in our lives! As most of you know we are 13 weeks pregnant! Joe and I went to the doctors last Wednesday for our 12 week check up. It was so exciting to see the baby named Camical for now.! We were able to see the baby move, well jerk, open and close their mouth and move their arms! We spent great quality time with the baby to get certain measurements. We have 4 other pictures but this was the best one where you can really see Camical!
